Becoming a Woman of Prayer
|
God designed women to seek Him in all they do. This Bible study will encourage you to become a woman whose life is characterized by constant conversation with God.

PRAYER IS OUR RESPONSE TO GOD'S INVITATION.
So often we think of prayer as something we do to break through to God-to get His attention and to get Him to listen to us. But intimacy with God is His idea. He has taken the initiative and prayer is His gift to us. It is an opportunity for us to respond to His invitation to intimacy by calling, crying, and singing to Him. Prayer is our response to the One who has called out to us and desires to be in a relationship with us.
In Becoming a Woman of Prayer, Cynthia Heald will encourage you to respond to God's invitation to deeper intimacy with Him.

Highly Recommended
I began this study of prayer as I was about to go on a medical mission trip to the Philippines. God used the message in this book to revolutionize my prayer life at a time when I needed it most. I became the prayer warrior for that trip and God answered. I'm now going through the study a second time.

excellent
This book was the first of this four part series by Cynthia Heald that I completed. It was amazing. I've been saved for most of my 25 years and finally feel that I've taken the time to learn to talk with God, not just pray a list of needs. Even better, this Bible study can be used individually (like I did) or as a woman's group study.
